Actress THA ORIGINAL GATA™ Monique Dupree kicks up the fitness

Actress THA ORIGINAL GATA™ Monique Dupree (native of Newark, NJ or Brick City to GATA) is certainly no stranger to motherhood. With 9 children of her own and 3 step-children, there's no doubt that home life is hectic. So, with a busy home life, and career, the question is; "How does she keep so fit?" I recently asked Mz Gata this question after seeing her new physique. Her reply was rather simple "You have to accept first, that you really want to be healthy. Its not enough to say the words, you have to LIVE it. Once you can truly accept that, then you're on the right road to a healthier lifestyle"
If you'd like more information on fitness tips or if you'd like to follow her down her road to fitness, sub her you tub channel at

You can also find her on wikipedia, IMDB or you can purchase her movies at any Walmart.

WHAT DOES “THE ORIGINAL GATA” MEAN?

WHAT DOES “THE ORIGINAL GATA” MEAN?
“Gata” is spanish for cat. I use it as a descriptive for my cat totem. The eternal spirit of the cat is worshipped by some ancient cultures, and seen as the ambassadors to the after life. Like the egyptian Goddess Bast or Sekhmet for example, I’m an aspect of that energy. Its present in many. It is, was and always will be Eartha Kitt, Julie Newmar, Josephine Baker, Betty Page….Monique Dupree…
