With 9 children of her own and 3 step-children, there's no doubt that home life is hectic. So, with a busy home life, and career, the question is; "How does she keep so fit?" I recently asked Mz Gata this question after seeing her new physique. Her reply was rather simple "You have to accept first, that you really want to be healthy. Its not enough to say the words, you have to LIVE it. Once you can truly accept that, then you're on the right road to a healthier lifestyle"
